SPENCER Patsy (Rosemary) Bsc (Hons) : MaEd Sadly passed away peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 8th November.2021 aged 59 Beloved Daughter Sister Niece Cousin and much loved friend. Will be sadly missed The Funeral service to take place at the Christian life Centre 300 Cowley Road, Oxford OX42AF at 10.30am on Tuesday 14th December.2021 Family flowers only.
