WHEELER Raymond John Passed away peacefully on 16th November 2021 aged 90. He had the biggest heart, the sharpest mind and left an impression on everyone he met. Ashley and Rachel are forever grateful for his unconditional love. Funeral service at South Oxford Crematorium, Garford on Thursday 9th December at 2pm. Hello Ashley and Rachel, I am so very sorry to hear of Ray's passing. He was such lovely gentleman. Please accept my sincere condolences. I work at Hunt and Broadhurst, we had such banter with your dad, really kind and caring. One of the best.
