My sincerest condolences to Mr Rainbird's family. I"m a friend of Karel Kapper Johnson and received a beautiful card about Mr Rainbird's passing addressed to Karel and written with such love. This was from a gentleman named Gerry who also left messages for Karel on his answerphone at his flat in Oxford.
