BARTLETT Patrick 'Tony' Peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital after a short illness on 7th January 2021, aged 87 years. Much loved Husband of Doreen. Loving Brother to Michael, Marianne and David. Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will take place on Monday 25th January at 11.00am.
