Richard (Dick) Toms

TOMS Richard (Dick) aged 63 years. Passed away suddenly at home in Oxford on Thursday 26th November. He will be sadly missed by his wife Sandra, sons Matthew and Adam and all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at South Oxford Crematorium on 16th December. Due to government guidelines the service will be limited to 30 people. The family will let people know about attendance. Family flowers only please. Donations are gratefully received for the RNLI and The Air Ambulance.
