SMITH Tilly Of Wheatley and formerly Rose Hill. Peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital with her loving family by her side. The beloved wife of the late John, much loved Mum to Shirley, Jacqui and Gina and a loving Nan to her five grandchildren. Due to the current restrictions a private funeral service is to take place.
