PHILLIPS Grahame Spencer Passed away peacefully on 14th February 2020, aged 79 years. A dearly loved Husband of Rita, a much loved Dad of Paul, Kate, Robbie & their partners, special Grampy of Amy, Ryan, Zoe, Megan & their partners and Brother of Roy, he will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 3rd March 2020, at South Oxford Crematorium, Garford, at 3.00pm. Flowers or donations if desired for Sobell House, c/o Greens Funeral Services, 21 High Street, Eynsham, Oxford, OX29 4HE.
