GILES Elizabeth (Betty) Betty Giles, joint founder of Giles Sports Toys and Cycles in Carterton, passed away very suddenly at her home on Sunday 19th of May 2019, aged 93. Widow of the late Gordon, reunited with him after 8 years. Cherished by all her family. Devoted Mum to Lester and Linda, Mother-in-law to Karen & Kevin. Adored Gran to Wendy, Alan, Philip and Laura and much loved by her 5 Great Grandchildren in Australia. A lovely lady, respected and admired by all who knew her. Thanksgiving Celebration of Betty's life will be held on Wednesday 5th June, 12 noon at St. John's Church, Carterton. Cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium on Thursday 6th June at 10.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Thames Valley Air Ambulance & St. John's Church, Carterton may be sent c/o Peter Smith & Son Funeral Directors. 135 Burwell Drive, Witney.
