SLADE Martin Alan Passed away suddenly on 4 September 2018, aged 72. Much loved husband to Jenny, father to Mark and Adam and grandfather to Lucas, Zachary, Ezra and Alex. Celebration of his life at Wesley Memorial Methodist Church, New Inn Hall Street on Monday 17th September at 11.00 a.m., followed by wake in the Church Hall. All welcome. No flowers. Donations, if desired, to Mind c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 2 Hendred Street, Cowley, Oxford OX4 2ED.
