CLARK David John Passed away peacefully on 4th February 2015. Aged 69. Beloved husband of Joy. Much loved Dad to Rachel and Matthew. Cherished Grampy to Taylor. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 20th February at 12.45pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Haematology Ward, Churchill Hospital or Sobell House Hospice.
