SURMAN Philomena Mary (Phyllis) Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on the 5th February 2014 aged 75. Dearly loved mother to Barry, Colleen, Robert, Christopher and Linda. Much loved nan and great-nan. Sadly missed by all. The funeral service will be held in Our Lady Help of Christians, Hollow Way, Oxford on the 20th February at 1.30pm followed by committal at Oxford Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only.
