PHIPPS Margaret Elizabeth (Formerly Woodruff, Nee Bestley) Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 31st January 2014, aged 95. Beloved Mother of Susan and Son-in-law Chris, also loving Sister and Auntie. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium on Tuesday 18th February at 12.45 pm.
