Skip art could serve a useful purpose
10:00am Thursday 21st June 2012 in Letters
Recently, I read about the seemingly idiotic idea of making a skip in Brighton a work of art by adding bright fluorescent strips to the exterior extremities.
However, it did strike me as a suitable way to adorn those skips that we see on the sides of roads, from time to time, in Oxford, to reduce the risk of crashes at night.
At last, a useful display of health & safety in the local community, for a change.
