HAVE there been local elections in Oxford?
I must have missed it, because all I saw were a couple of election addresses.
Nobody came to canvass or campaign and I saw only a handful of election posters throughout the city.
Maybe this explains the low turnout this year.
If the candidates were not bothered to call on voters to try to get their votes, then voters would not be bothered to vote.
