I HAVE to admit that over the years I have completely misjudged councillor John Tanner. I have been taking him seriously, when actually his letter (ViewPoints, March 23) suggesting that Labour would solve all our economic problems shows that he has a wicked sense of humour and sense of the ridiculous.
