I WAS in Gloucester Green in Oxford recently and had to use the toilets there.
They were disgusting. The pan had no seat as such, just two strips of plastic in a filthy condition.
Surely, with all the talk of cut backs on toilets in the city, the ones we have should be in first-class condition.
I don’t suppose any councillors use them.
