The wrong man

FOLLOWING the letter ‘The right man’ (Oxford Mail, January), asking us to leave Gordon Brown at the helm, I would like to point out the truth.

When Labour took over from the Tories in 1997, Ken Clark as Chancellor had left Britain in one of the best financial positions it has ever been in.

Gordon Brown as Chancellor has left Britain in the worst financial state it has ever been in. Enough said.

You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

Yep, it's all Gordon Browns fault, not the banks. Brown is also responsible for the Hati earthquake, the bombing of the twin towers, and all the other disasters around the world.

Your wrong BartSimpson. Gorden Brown was not responsible for the earthquake. However he is responsible for most of the problems that people who live in England are now having.
