IT can’t be right that you can be fined for letting your dog foul in a public place. The fine should be for not clearing it up properly.
Or does the council recommend well-placed corks or fitting colostomy bags on perfectly healthy dogs?
People are being fined for dropping litter, but what about fireworks? What goes up must come down, but I haven’t heard of anyone being fined for littering the streets with expired rockets. NICK WATKINS Giles Close Littlemore Oxford
