Your recent article about remembrance reminds me of the loss my family suffered in the First World War, when four out of five brothers died, all from the small farming community that was East Hanney. The surviving brother was my grandfather, and my father, Ken Church was his only son. It’s 100 years since their sacrifice and we as a family remember them.
