LAST month, travellers set up camp on the Marston Ferry Road cycle track, used by children every school day.
This time, fortunately, they were removed within a week.
But if you are among those who find their presence threatening or a nuisance, bear in mind that if elected, Labour will ‘promote the right to lead a nomadic way of life’ of travellers (Manifesto, Page 112) – so no increase in special sites set up by local councils.
