WHAT are we to expect after the General Election tomorrow?

More of just the same, which even those who support Theresa May must really believe has run its course.

We just cannot continue with our failing NHS, social care and education, which under this Government we know will continue to deteriorate.

It is obvious, as well, that the continuing cuts to our police and intelligence gathering will leave us even more at risk.

We need to change from the economics of austerity, which has failed and fundamentally damaged the services we rely on the most.

Our prospects look even worse if we also take into account Brexit negotiations, which Theresa May, without any economic explanation of the consequences, says she will walk away from without any agreement on trade.

This is a major threat not to the EU but to all of us, and yet the Tories cheer her.

It is my hope that those that have never voted before will vote this time because enough is enough and this Tory government must be stopped from doing even more damage to our country.

There is only one alternative government and that’s Labour.
