It is time for Chaka to step up to the plate
IN THE Oxford Mail (Wednesday, January 18), two letters of interest.
First, this week’s rant – sorry, letter – from John Tanner, city and county councillor, asking the question what are we paying our council tax for? Well, as a councillor if he does not know then what hope is there for a mere humble Oxonian like me.
Secondly, the letter from Chaka Artwell was thoughtful, intelligent and well written, which begs the question – which one of these gentlemen is the councillor? Chaka, your time to step up to the plate has come.
