So many cuts, but plans for high-speed link go on
IT IS suggested that in life we should keep things in perspective and in the right proportion with our priorities correct.
Today we are faced with cuts to social services, rural bus services axed, NHS and health services reduced and hospitals overspent while millions are poured into the planning of the high-speed rail link. Makes you think.
