Was philosopher Locke related to Jam singer?
VIEWING a portrait of philosopher John Locke in an Oxford art gallery recently, I was reminded of musician Paul Weller.
One wonders whether they are related. That’s enlighten-tainment.
The picture was hung in the Bodleian’s new block but would the Jam Factory be more suitable?
