Colleges should pay a living wage to servants
NOW that Lidl supermarket will be paying its employees the living wage, will the Oxford colleges also be paying this wage to its college servants?
With lucrative revenues coming in from vacation conferences and summer schools, shouldn’t some of this revenue be used to reward college servants?
