Please read my letters properly before replying ONCE again Chris Robins has failed to read my letter of August 12 correctly.
In his response he says I said all those in Calais trying to get into Britain are economic migrants.
I did say there may well be some genuine refugees among them but they were safe in France.
I certainly did not say that they were all terrorists. I asked who knows if there are those amongst them who sympathise with IS.
Today's Letters
In Mr Robins’ response he says: “Of course, if there are any terrorists among them they will be weeded out and dealt with appropriately “.
So he agrees with me that it’s possible there are among them those who are a danger to this country.
What he failed to mention is why I and the majority of people are sceptical of those in the camps in Calais.
It is the fact that they are trying to enter Britain illegally. How would any of them who enter this way be checked to see what danger they could pose? Mr Robins advises me to look for terrorists nearer home. I am well aware of the home-grown threat. Please Mr Robins, don’t exaggerate what I have written. Read my letters properly.
