DARE I be brave enough and ask that now we know Chilcot will not report until 2016/17/18/19 and on and on, would it be possible to quickly squeeze in a full coroner’s inquest into the very suspicious death of weapons inspector Dr David Kelly in 2003?

Dr Kelly was one of very few who actually told the truth before the Iraq conflict (I say conflict because no war was ever declared and no full mandate was voted by the UN), and was denied a coroner’s inquest in Oxford. Only a coroner can give a judgement on a suspicious or accidental death after investigation.

Dr Kelly was fobbed off with the Hutton Inquiry, now well recognised and discredited as being a complete whitewash and a complete waste of public money (where have we heard that before?) as is usually the case.

Our campaign group Justice For Kelly (JFK) is are fighting the establishment (including taxpayer-funded civil servants) in getting Dr Kelly a full coroner’s inquest, the only person in modern times not to receive one after on a suspicious or untimely death.

Not surprisingly, we are blocked at virtually every move by Whitehall. Even the Attorney General’s office refuses to give our group a reference number.

The Justice For Kelly group will continue with our peaceful campaign until justice is achieved for this poor man, and we kindly ask the British public to fully support this.

With all that money wasted on a futile conflict in Iraq (and, of course, military deaths totalling 179), I think the British people would be more than happy to spend a little on a full coroner’s inquest into Dr Kelly’s death.

The United Kingdom is now recognised as the inquiry capital of the world, so I ask the powers that think they are above us ‘normals’ to do the honourable thing and grant Dr Kelly that, so hopefully the truth will come out and the guilty found out.

The group contact number is 07773 203511 to register your support. We have stayed off the internet for reasons that will be explained one day.
