Whatever occurs in tomorrow’s referendum Alex Salmond will have achieved and overseen the divisive and destructive outcome of the Scottish nation.
Families, cities, towns, villages and communities will be split and suffer because of this ill thought out and forced through bullying ideal.
If it’s ‘yes’ then we will have months and years of haggling until King Salmond gets his own way and threatens to default on his financial obligations. If its ‘no’ then it will still be the same. Dictators never resign.
I predict the Scottish nation will vote ‘no’ as they have more sense. They have a lot of gripes about the English and probably a lot is justified but they must forget the past and look to the future.
