North Oxford boosted their bid to beat the drop in Mixed Division 1 of the OLTA Babolat Summer League with a 3-1 win at Witney.
Champions for the previous two summers, North have dragged Witney into the mire, with five teams fighting to avoid relegation.
Virgin Active ensured survival, however, with a 2-2 draw at Cholsey.
In Division 3, Witney B are promoted after a 4-0 win over Abingdon B.

Chris and Louis Manson, from North Oxford, won the Oxfordshire heat of the Quorn Family Cup at Abingdon’s White Horse Lesiure & Tennis Centre.
The Mansons beat Andrew and Ollie Broadhurst 6-2 in the final.
