BANBURY Bulls ran in eight tries to hammer basement boys Old Coventrians 52-10 at Bodicote Park.
Bulls were far from flawless, but a chargedown try from Ed Phillips got them going after a slow start.
With Simon Brand, Alex Gandy, James Heywood and Josh Deegan going over, plus Phillips converting four, Bulls led 33-0 at the break.
Dan Tooth ran in Banbury’s sixth try, Phillips converting.
