CHINNOR landed six trophies in the Oxfordshire Mini and Midi Festival at Witney RFC.
The Thame-based club led the way, winning the Under 12B bowl, Under 11A shield, the Under 10B shield and bowl, plus the Under 9A cup and bowl.
Henley Hawks finished with five trophies, while Oxford Harlequins won four and Banbury three.
London Welsh hooker Nathan Morris, scrum half Rob Lewis and wing Nick Scott visited on a muddy second day alongside community officer Alan Awcock, who is also a player.
Witney RFC’s main sponsor, the Blue Boar Inn, also backed the festival.
Blue Boar general manager Rebekah Ellis said: “We were very proud that Witney RFC, which we are delighted to sponsor, put on such a great show, organising over 1,300 players and 100 volunteers.”
