Waddingham, who joined the club this season, won the top honour, while another newcomer, scrum half Frank Jones, won the players’ player accolade.
Full back Henry Colver was named most promising player, with Trevor Powell (second team), Bill Deeley (third) and Chris Fehr (fourth) the other winners.
- OXFORD Harlequins prop Sam Steventon and Chinnor centre Huw Morgan made their England Counties Under 20s debuts in a 33-16 defeat to Scotland.
The pair started in the clash at St Andrews University, which saw England undone by three interception tries.

The Dark Blues also hope to host an international side at Iffley Road in October or November.
