Tom Stradwick scored two tries as Henley Hawks defeated Westcombe Park 22-10 at Dry Leas.

The blindside flanker struck twice soon after the break in a bonus-point win.

Hawks broke the deadlock on 20 minutes when lock Dave Clements latched on to a loose ball to score.

But Combe led 7-5 at the break, after flanker James Catlin’s try, converted by fly half Luke Giles.

Hawks’ back gave them the edge in the second half, Stradwick scoring twice and fly half James Comben converting the latter.

Henley lost skipper Andy Dalgleish to a head injury, but centre Ali James ran in their fourth try.

Giles added a penalty, while Henley replacement prop Rowan Fuller was sin-binned.
