Alchester upset the odds to win 20-8 at Marlborough in the Southern Counties Senior Vase semi-finals.
Marlborough had not lost a game all season and conceded only 62 points, but Alchester took the game to their hosts from the start.
Adam White went close with a penalty before Adam Thompson landed a 48-metre drop goal.
Thompson also scored the visitors’ first try after being driven over from a line-out.
Centre Matt Flegg beat two players before setting up flanker Ben Ancil to run in a try that White converted.
Marlborough could manage just one penalty in the first half, while wing Andy Blacklock scored Alchester’s third try on 35 minutes.
Although they conceded a try midway through the second half, Alchester remained in control.
They now face fellow BB&O Premier Division side Drifters in the Southern Counties final on February 27.
Littlemore lost 15-9 to Pewsey Vale in the final of the Southern Counties Junior Vase.
