WALLINGFORD ran in seven tries as they won 45-14 at Southern Counties North basement boys Milton Keynes.

Pete McKinley, Antony Marris and Harry Lewis all touched down in the opening 16 minutes, with Phil Dawes converting the latter two for a 19-0 lead.

But the visitors also defended sloppily at times, conceding twice either side of a Peter Holton try, which meant only a 24-14 lead at half-time.

Any thought of a shock comeback was snuffed out by a try from Dan Sadler, converted by Dawes, eight minutes after the restart.
