JACK Briggs ran in a hat-trick of tries as Gosford All Blacks hammered Farnham Royal 75-15 at Stratfield Brake in the Premier Division.

Ben Bodinham and Patrick Siret bagged doubles in an 11-try demolition, with Chris Bennett, Liam Donnelly, Eugene Griffin and Dan Hughes also going over.

Tim Ellis converted ten of the tries, while Gareth Ellis was sin-binned.

Jamie Moffat and Jason Gumbs went over for Farnham, with Tom Boardman converting the latter and adding a drop goal.

Second-placed Bicester maintained their promotion push with a 50-5 home victory over Chesham.

Wing Dave Aslett and lock Ryan Gallagher each scored two tries, while No 8 Dan Spencer, hooker Jake Sawyer, scrum half Mike Harris and prop Dave Behan also crossed.

Spencer slotted three conversions and fly half James Holton two. Wing Dan Cady replied with Chesham’s try.

Chipping Norton lost 32-17 at Hungerford. Thomas Tanner, Tig Tebb and Joe Murrell scored tries, Darren De Bruyn converting one.

Wheatley spoiled Abingdon’s title party with a 20-13 victory in the Championship.

Abingdon will, however, seal the league crown by picking up a point from their final match at home to Winslow on Saturday.

Ben Ramsdale, Adam Muir and Gavin Belcher went over for Wheatley’s tries, with Gavin Stanton kicking a conversion and a penalty.

Connor Douglas and Paul Cross scored Abingdon’s tries, with Mark Roberts kicking a penalty.

Tries from Ronnie Booth, Sam Lacy, Ben Cox and Frankie Dorrian saw Didcot triumph 27-11 at Faringdon.

Paul Costello kicked two conversions and a penalty, while Matt Tyrrell went over for Faringdon and Darren Clark added two penalties.

Harwell battled back to beat visitors Crowthorne 22-19, with Dan Corne, Dave Paton, Ollie Wright scoring tries.

Andy Lee kicked a conversion and a penalty, with Mike Phillips slotting their other three-pointer.
