Oxford United have already sold more than 4,000 season tickets.
With the date for renewal now passed, the U's have revealed they have sold an impressive 3,817 season tickets plus 273 places in executive boxes.
The figure is just 32 different from the same stage last season.
However, the club expect this minor shortfall to be quickly made up by people moving from their seat in the new premium price bracket in the South Stand Upper to seats elsewhere.
These fans had to wait until the renewal deadline had passed before they can start to relocate.
The club have put online season tickets sales on hold for the next 48 hours while they begin a two-day period where fans can either exchange seats for ones that have not been renewed, or buy unreserved seats.
