OXFORD United could name an unchanged side for the first time this season if Chris Maguire recovers from a virus.
The forward, along with Alex MacDonald, missed training on Thursday, but head coach Michael Appleton was hopeful the pair would be fit for the trip to Milton Keynes Dons.
Given United’s performance in the 2-0 win against Swindon Town, the U’s boss is expected to keep faith with the same XI.
If Maguire misses out, Dan Crowley – who bagged a brace for the development side in midweek – is in line to start.
Appleton said: “Dan scored and will be feeling a bit better about himself, so if we need to use him I’m sure he’ll be ready.”
Cruciate knee injuries rule out MK Dons pair Chuks Aneke and Scott Wootton.
