NO movement is likely in or out of the Oxford United squad before tonight's transfer deadline.
Clubs have until 6pm to complete deals, but nothing is expected to happen at the Kassam Stadium.
Head coach Michael Appleton had said he did not expect much movement, aside from a back-up goalkeeper who has been on trial with the U's.
But the Oxford Mail understands that deal will now not be finalised until later this week.
As the stopper is a free agent he is not bound by transfer windows, so can sign at any time.
