COLLINS Mark David (Treader) Passed away suddenly on 25th March 2015, aged 48 years. A loving Son of David and Susan, much loved Dad of Leanne and Charmaine and Brother of Paul. He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 14th April 2015, at St. Leonard's Church, Eynsham, at 11.30am.
