A West Wycombe church has twinned its toilet with a latrine in India to raise money for poor communities.
St Paul’s Church is raising money throughout 2015 to support communities in Bihar, North East India and decided to twin their toilet with one in a poor village.
Toilet twinning provides people in poor communities with clean water, a decent toilet and information on staying healthy.
People keen to raise money can choose any country in the world to twin your toilet, with the donation of £60 then being used by Tearfund to provide hygiene education and sanitation.
The church hosted a coffee morning on Saturday, March 28 to raise vital funds for the village.
Homemade cakes, Bric-a-Brac and books were sold as well as a raffle. The Historic Church Loft was also open to visitors.
