OXFORD United reduced the amount they spent on agents fees according to the latest figures from the Football League.
The statistics show the U's paid £40,565 to agents between October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015, which was a busy period where the squad underwent a major overhaul.
It is the seventh highest in Sky Bet League Two, where Portsmouth spent the most at £268,175, while Accrington Stanley and Hartlepool United did not pay a penny.
United's figure is down from the £51,470 spent in the previous period, which covers July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
It also occurred while the total for League Two increased from £595,995 to £1,007,920.
