OXFORD United Women’s side have enthusiastically backed supporters taking part in the Big Walk 2 tomorrow.
Groups of fans will set off from four different locations in Oxfordshire and cover 12 miles on foot to the Kassam Stadium in time for United’s game with Mansfield Town.
About 40 are taking part and will be accompanied by nine women’s players.
And they have donated the fines which had been accumulated in 2015, about £100, to boost the proceeds, which will be split between the club’s Youth and Community Trust and Oxford Domestic Abuse Services.
