A pub landlord is looking to sell up sooner rather than later after becoming fed up with road damage, leading to gas, electricity and water cuts.
It will be the end of an era for Martin Park who has been landlord of the Station Arms in Station Road, Southminster, for 22 years.
Father-of-two Mr Park, 56, is threatening to sell following a proposal for a parking ban in Station Road by Ridgewind, which is contructing Middlewick wind farm.
