Berinsfield's Gerard Ward maintained the form that took him to the ABA schoolboy finals in securing an easy win at Wolverhampton.
The 13-year-old recorded a unanimous points verdict over Steve Sutton, of Rantley Green.
Ward’s clubmate, Chloe Gorringe, recovered from a slow start to defeat Claire Butler, from the host club Essington, on points.
Representing the Home Counites in a match against Hampshire at Milton Keynes, Berinsfield’s Thomas McDonagh recorded a majority points verdict over Fareham’s And-rew Eason.
Berinsfield junior Ciaran Flanagan, who had not boxed since October, lost on points to Southampton’s Jack Hiller.
