Divisions 2 basement boys Eynsham pulled off a shock 2-1 win against Division 1 leaders Ashton in the Oxford & District League.
Dean Watson beat Pete Fenn 150-122, but John Street levelled with a 150-70 win against Dean’s brother, Robert.
Roy Gascoyne (+110) then saw off Aston’s captain Terry Chambers (scratch) 200-162.
In Division 1, Fieldside’s Simon Aries (-60), hit a 76 break, the highest of the season in his 200-194 win over Riley B’s Doug Baker. It was their only point in the 2-1 defeat by Riley B.
