Chris Bateman and Dave Rose (4,860) won Masons’ singles, while Phil McFarland and John Boal replied. The pairs were shared.
Democrats Club are in joint second place after a 6-0 victory at Gladiators B, thanks to singles wins by John Patey Terry Green Eddie Tebby and Billy Hill.
Leaders Oracle are favourites to take the Premier Division title after winning 6-0 at home to Vikings B, while closest rivals Donnington crashed to a shock 6-0 defeat at Vikings A.
Oracle’s Ian Gordon (8,300) Pauline Withey (5,470) Mark Trafford (10,310) and Brian Rose (9,280) were triumphant, while Mick Jones (5,960) Alan Oliver (8,820) Allan Lacey and Ian Moss won Vikings singles.
Gladiators Club A drew 3-3 away at Division Two leaders Headington Con Club.
