OXFORDSHIRE under 18s beat Avon 15-5 in a play-off to reach the finals of the National Shires League.
Helped by a strong performance from the girls, who won eight of the matches, the result was never in doubt at Radley College Sports Centre.
Oxon started strongly, claiming victory in three of the four mixed doubles games and seven of the singles.
Natalia Mitchell and Maisie Boyd then secured the vital 11th win.
Oxon now head to Stoke Mandeville Sports Centre, Aylesbury, on April 23 where they will face Devon, Warwickshire, Cheshire, Surrey, Bucks, Leicestershire and Essex.
