Alan Hill trained the beaten favourite
PRIDE of Parish was unable to justify short odds after being beaten by Peeping Thom at Kingston Blount.
Alan Hill’s favourite had to give second best to Craig Pilgrim’s charge, who won a competitive Intermediate race and who could now head to Cheltenham in May.
Beedon trainer Tim Underwood saddled a double as Tempelpirate and Cheltenham Mati landed the Conditions and Restricted races respectively.
l THE Bicester with Whaddon Chase point-to-point takes place at Whitfield, Northants, on Sunday (12.30), with the course located at NN13 5TQ.
