WHILE Ron Hillier caught 80 fish, his eight competitors in Kidlington AS’s Willoughby Memorial Trophy match made only one catch between them.
Hillier won on the pacy Cherwell at Bransons Meadows, with 10lb 12oz 0drms of roach and dace.
The only other catch was a 1.12.8 chub nabbed by runner-up Henry Clarke.
